The Rilesa X-line is a newly designed cut-drill-mill machine, developed to be flexible and with a short reset time. The entire operation is done in one pass, with the advantage of two different ways of moving the components. In the first part of the line, the components move at an angle of 45° in the length direction, they are then cut in length and drilled at all sides.
After the two first modules they enter the third, the double ending module, where you get the option of CNC-milling of the ends, drilling, sanding and/or doweling.

In the X-Line series, the components are moved in the length direction by two servo hoppers at an angle of 45°. The drilling groups are easily reset by using the integrated digital measuring system and the displays placed in each module. The double end module is the last of the modules. Here it is possible to drill from the ends, CNC-milling and/or gluing and doweling. The components are stopped and repositioned for every step. Including the double ending modul with twin milling units.
The X-line is equipped with a advanced control system with numerous possibilities. It is easy to reset the machine and all the necessary information regarding the components is available on the display.
