With the VLG-Series Rilesa has set a new benchmark in price / capacity for one-man-operated dowel drilling machines. This machine type is suited for small as well as large production series in all types of material, from solid wood and MDF to chipboard and plywood.

VLG 1524 / 2224 can be equipped with drill groups from the ends, top and sides. There are two models, one with maximum length of 1500 mm and one for 2200 mm. The drill groups are placed close to the workpiece and the groups are tilted in order to let the pieces pass when drilling from the side.

The VLG machines have a special throughput system where the components are moving in a half circle, before returning to the operator on the return conveyor. The VLG machines are well suited for automation and linking with other machines.
 
The setup for the machine is done easily from the touch display. From there you can choose between drill groups, cross drilling and other options. You are also presented with the most used capacity and production information shown directly on the display.
