Linked woodworking machinery - DCU cutting unit

The DCU cutting units have been designed to combine all our standard dowel drilling machines operated by one person. The DCU is linked with the drilling machine by a conveyor system and returns the components to the operator, from underneath the hopper. The DCU can cut one or multiple components in one cut, gives a very clean cut of the counter profile and can be combined with the Rilesa Pro-Line , UNI-X, VLGD and VLG machines.

Features:

• High quality cutting with 2 units in exacts lengths.
• 45° chafer system for all 4 sides on edged.
• Materials: solid wood, MDF, chip board, plywood.
• Components: short and long components, frame components, bed sides, drawer sides and front etc.
